Costs

All orders that include goggles or lenses will be shipped free of charge.

Delivery Times & Carrier

After receipt of payment your package will be shipped within 1 to 2 business days. This means that, on average, you will receive your order within 2-4 working days in Germany and 3-5 working days in Austria, Belgium and The Netherlands.

Orders to Germany are shipped by DHL, which means that they can be delivered at a “Packstation”. Orders to other countries are shipped with DPD.

Returns

You can return our goggles and lenses free of charge within 14 days after receiving your order (if you use our free shipping label) to receive a full refund.

Please note that we can only accept products that are unused, are undamaged and are in their original packaging. This holds especially for the protective film on the inside of a goggle lens, which must not be removed from the lens.

In order to return your product(s), you are provided with two options:

  • If you have an account at MOX optics: browse to your personal orders page and apply for a return there.
  • If you don’t have an account at MOX optics: simply send an e-mail to support@mox-optics.com in which you describe which products you would like to return and your order number. You will then receive a free shipping label from us.
